Combine your sports passion with family relaxation.

Join our family camps organized by Polish triathlon clubs—swimming, cycling, and running. You train for triathlon while your children have a great time under the care of experienced staff. Enjoy shared meals, family activities, and time for relaxation and socializing. Sign up for a triathlon camp for the whole family!

During the camp, both children and adults can also learn to play various musical instruments with teachers from our music school TOP FLOOR SCHOOL!

For parents who love a challenge, we have prepared a program based on triathlon disciplines—swimming, cycling, and running. It is not only physical training, but also a way to improve endurance, technique, and overall fitness in an atmosphere of support and motivation.

Our program is designed so that everyone, regardless of experience level, can experience real satisfaction from their progress. Combining intensive training with holiday relaxation creates a truly unique experience.

Adults can train and relax—and the kids? You don’t have to worry about them—we’ll provide professional care and time filled with games, sports activities, and developmental activities.


At our camps, children build new friendships and confidence by participating in activities tailored to their age and skill level. Everything takes place under the supervision of qualified staff who ensure their safety and make sure they have a great time.

As part of the camp, we offer lessons on selected musical instruments for interested adults and children. Classes are led by music teachers from TOP FLOOR SCHOOL.

Kayaking and sailing

We offer the opportunity to organize kayaking trips and sailing lessons for the whole family. It’s a great way to bond as a family, relax, recover, and enjoy the beauty of the location.

Adult Social Integration

Shared activities, conversations, and a positive atmosphere are an integral part of the camp. We provide space to meet people with a similar lifestyle and build relationships while the children are being cared for. We combine staying in shape with time just for you, support from coaches and the community, and the opportunity to improve your overall well-being.

Women's and men's circles

We create space for honest conversations, mindset work, and embracing challenges in a judgment-free atmosphere. We focus on energy, recovery, support, and finding balance between sport and everyday life.

Place: STANICA WODNA PTTK Wdzydze

Accommodation reservations are made individually, according to your own needs and budget. Available options include cabins for 4, 5, 6, and 7–8 people, the possibility to rent a sailboat (for up to 5 people), as well as space for tents.

AVAILABLE DATES:

Date: August 16-22, 2026

Duration: We recommend the full 7 days — it’s enough time to truly experience the rhythm of the camp. However, if you can’t stay for the entire week, coming for a few days is absolutely possible.

PRICES AND COSTS:

The cost of the camp will be determined after we finalize the list of participants and assemble the coaching team for both adults and children. Our goal is to keep prices accessible for everyone — this camp isn’t profit-driven, at least at this stage as we’re just getting it started. 😊 The more participants we have, the lower the cost per person — so it’s worth inviting your friends!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • A WhatsApp group will be created for participants, making it easy to coordinate shared cabin rentals — more fun and more affordable, especially for those traveling without family.
  • There is an excellent restaurant on-site. Nearby, you’ll also find shops and other dining options.
  • Groups are organized by skill level, but the intensity of training is always up to you. Each of us is at a different stage — in terms of fitness, motivation, and time — which is why the camp provides structure, not pressure. You’re free to skip sessions, suggest alternative activities, or simply rest. Everything is open for discussion. The most important thing is that no one feels left out.
  • If the group ends up being smaller than planned, there is an option to jointly decide whether to hold training sessions without a coach — which would significantly reduce costs. In practice, most triathletes train individually, sometimes alongside others.
  • Insurance — to be arranged individually.

A meal rich in complex carbohydrates and protein before the bike session. Rice/pasta + protein + vegetables.
Target: ~700–900 kcal

14:00 Biking

Main session of the day. Keep effort in Z2–Z3. Eat and drink regularly — every 30–45 min. Don’t forget to charge your GPS device.

18:00 Dinner

Recovery meal — protein, healthy fats, vegetables. Avoid heavy foods. Keep it light before sauna.

A perfect way to end the day. Helps relax muscles and supports recovery.
